Mass Timber Factory

Located in the Downsview East District, this 125,000 sq. ft. mass timber industrial manufacturing facility is designed for the offsite construction of panelized wood building components using a proprietary automated robotic manufacturing system from Sweden. Components fabricated in this facility will be transported to local project sites and integrated into new low-carbon infill developments.
