Crystal Waddell is a Senior Associate at ENFORM Architects with extensive experience as design lead and project manager for advanced sustainable architecture and urban design. She has worked across multiple countries, project types, and project scales. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto and BFA from the University of Calgary. She is a registered architect, and experienced urban designer. Crystal was adjunct professor of design at Wayne State University. Previous appointments include Principal at MEAN Studio and Associateships at SvN Architects & Planners and Local Studio.

Crystal is a highly versatile leader bringing creativity and beauty to complex projects and environments. She is an experienced collaborator, supporting clients by facilitating multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, innovative projects. Her comprehensive expertise spans concept design through to construction and close-out. She also has in-depth experience working with municipalities and government organizations to design and manage public spaces and develop sustainable, future-oriented strategies for urban growth.
